Our Nail Filling Includes
You’ll be pleased visiting us for excellent nail maintenance and filling for all types of nails, including acrylic, gel, and dip! We strive to ensure your nails look excellent between your manicure and pedicure visits. Discover what’s included in the Nail Filling service at Larisa’s Salon.
1. Nail Analysis & Consultation
We’ll start with a consultation discussing your nail growth and its condition. After a careful analysis of your current nails and condition, our nail technician will give recommendations on whether it should be a standard fill, rebalance, or repair.
2. Nail Cleaning and Polish Removal
We’ll start with using gentle acetone to remove any old nail polish, and tools to remove any nail elements and embellishments. This will start our foundation ensuring the acrylic or gel bonds securely.
3. Cuticle Care & Growth Removal
Dip your hands afterwards in a warm soak of cuticle softener. This will not only relax you, but help soften your cuticles. We’ll push it back with a nail tool and trim any excess cuticles for a neat look and prevent lifting. Any lifted product is also filed away and smoothened.
4. Buffing and Rebalancing with Acrylic/Gel
A layer of acrylic or gel is applied to address the regrowth and rebalancing of the nail. Once cured, we’ll file and shape the nails to ensure they are strong and aesthetically pleasing. Finally, the entire nail is buffed to create a smooth foundation for the application.
5. Nail Polish/Gel Application
An optional step in the process, we can tailor and personalize the nail fill process to your liking and matching your desired look!
6. Top Coat Application
After application, we’ll finish off the previous with a top coat to seal the nails and ensure durability. This helps enhance long-lasting shine and makes your nails chip-resistant.
7. Manicure Final Touches
Enjoy your new and fresh manicure! Our technicians will examine your nails one final time, make sure they are to your desired liking, and finally add cuticle oil/lotion to your hands to prevent dryness and nourish the nails.
