1. Hair Cleansing & Conditioning
We’ll start with clarifying and conditioning your hair. This allows our hairstylists to start with a good foundation especially after any chemical processes or haircuts!
2. Long Hair Consultation
Our hairstylists will take a look at your hair after washing and discuss how you would like your long hair blowout to look. Whether more volume on the roots or a smooth, straight blowout down to the ends, we’ll assess everything and get the proper tools ready.
3. Hair Preparation and Heat Protection
Once your hair has been towel-dried, we’ll add heat protectant to your hair, making sure every strand is coated to prevent damage.
4. Hair Sectioning
We’ll divide the hair into smaller sections for a manageable process. We’ll clip sections to hold them in place while we do the rest.
5. Long Hair Blowout
A professional round brush will be used with a blow dryer to create natural volume whilst preventing frizz. We’ll slowly brush through each strand to lift the roots and create smooth, silky hair all the way down to the ends.
6. Blowout Finishing Touches
If requested, we’ll also curl your hair or flatten it to achieve your desired look! Finally, a cool blast is finally blown on the hair to lock in shine and smoothness.
7. Blowout Reveal
Enjoy your new ‘do! We’ll also apply hair oil or hair spray to give some luminous shine and so as not to weigh your hair down/lose your curls!
