How do I book an appointment at your salon?
Currently, as of the end of December 2024, there are two ways to make an appointment in our beauty salon:
a) Using a website contact form on our Contact Us page
b) Calling us on our main business phone number: +1 (718) 380-1222
At the same time, our IT team is currently focused on creating a full-fledged booking system for Larisa’s salon services. We plan to switch to its use in early 2025.
Can I book an appointment online?

Can I come without an appointment?
Yes, Larisa’s Salon welcomes walk-in customers. However, due to the complexity and time required for some services, we highly encourage you to make an appointment or call us first so we can accommodate you in the best possible way.
Can I book an appointment with a specific specialist?
Yes, absolutely! You can book a service with a specific specialist, hair stylist, or nail art technician.
Do I need to confirm my appointment before arriving?
You are not required to take any action. One of our specialists will call you a day before to confirm your appointment.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend all clients arrive at the salon 15 minutes before their appointment booking time.
What should I do if I’m running late for my appointment?
If you are running late, we will do everything possible to update the schedule and provide you with the necessary service. In the vast majority of cases, clients receive their services on the same day with a slight delay. In a limited number of cases, the delay may be 2-3 hours.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
If your circumstances have changed or unexpected things have arisen, we encourage you to call our salon to make any necessary changes. We will ensure that your needs are accommodated in the best possible way.
As of the end of December 2024, there is no online way to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, most major credit cards (except American Express), and some popular contactless mobile payment services, like Apple Pay.

You can pay for our salon services and products using Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
Is there an extra charge for using credit cards or mobile payment services (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)?

Do you accept health insurance?
We do not accept medical health insurance as a form of payment for our services.
Larisa’s Salon is a hair and beauty salon providing traditional beauty services for women and men. Beauty salon services including high-quality facial services are not considered medical services and therefore not covered by health insurance.
Is there a deposit required to book an appointment?
No. There is no deposit required to book an appointment.
Do you charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations?
No. We do not charge any missed appointments or late cancellation fees.
Can I split the payment between multiple people (e.g., for a group appointment or gift)?
Our reception specialists will manage your payment for you in the most convenient way or offer the best options.
Do you have parking available, and is it free?
Yes, we have plenty of street parking spots available around our salon. You can park your car on 179th Street, Union Turnpike, or neighboring 178th or 180th Street.
Does your beauty salon have a waiting area?
Yes, our salon has a comfortable waiting area located in the main hall.
Is Wi-Fi available at the salon?
Yes! We have Wi-Fi available for our customers at no extra cost.
Does your beauty salon have a restroom?
Yes, our salon has a restroom.
Do you provide complimentary drinks or snacks during my appointment?
Yes, of course! We are happy to offer our clients and guests drinking water, tea, and coffee.
Do you offer services for men?
Yes, absolutely! Larisa’s Salon offers services for both women and men.
Do you accept walk-ins, or is it by appointment only?
Yes, Larisa’s Salon welcomes walk-in customers. However, due to the complexity and time required for some services, we highly encourage you to make an appointment or call us first so we can accommodate you in the best possible way.

Yes! Larisa’s Salon offers all new clients a 10% discount to meet our team and receive first-class beauty services.
Do you offer any package deals or discounts?
Yes. We offer a variety of 2-in-1 or 3-in-1 packaged services that allow our clients to save. These bundles are available in our haircut and styling, coloring, waxing, and other service categories.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program for regular customers?
Yes, we do have a loyalty program. Our regular customers receive 15% off their sixth coloring or highlighting services, including Balayage and Ombre.
